Product Returns

If you are not satisfied with your Almond Bot, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Please note:

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product
• The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use or damage

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. All refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.

Limitation of Liability

Almond's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Almond shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
